How long until my order ships?

Can I request "Vinyl Prep" for safer shipping?
Yes! Leave a note at checkout if you’d like us to unseal your record and ship it outside the jacket to prevent seam splits. Note: Unsealed items are final sale.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! All domestic (Australia) orders over $125 AUD automatically qualify for Free Standard Shipping at checkout.
What if my record arrives damaged?
Please contact us at hello@globaldisrupt.com within 48 hours with photos. We’ll make it right. (Note: Minor corner dings are standard for international imports).
Where is my order? (Tracking)
We are a small team, most orders ship within 1–7 business days. You will receive an automated tracking email the moment your records are packed. If you haven't seen it, please check your Spam/Promotions folder!
How long does shipping take?
Domestic (AU): 3–10 business days. International: 10–25 business days. We ship via Australia Post, unless noted, from our Melbourne hub.
