Sydney rock band Basic Human delivers three strange and powerful tracks on their new 7" vinyl. Featuring members of Call Compatible, Mum, and The Baby, among others, the band brings together a set of disparate influences to land somewhere on the punk/psych/rock continuum. Produced by Andrew 'Enderie' McLellan in a converted Western Sydney squash court, the A-side features a sped-up and lengthened version of the track "Adult Baby," a critique of the entitled that dips into the band's more psych-leaning moments. The B-side offers the hardcore-leaning "Shame" and "White Lies," showcasing the band's structural experimentation, repetition, and worship of the ring-out.
